Working Together Remotely

Do You Work With Clients Outside Your Country?
Yes. Cylas Tee runs a fully remote business and has worked with clients in the United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Russia and Indonesia. Calls are scheduled in your time zone and most communication happens async.
How Do You Handle Different Time Zones?
Most communication is asynchronous: written updates, preview links and short videos you can review on your own schedule. Calls are scheduled at a time that suits you, whether that is a morning in Sydney or an evening in New York.
Who Will I Be Working With?
Every enquiry is read and answered by Cylas Tee himself or someone from his team, and you keep the same point of contact throughout the project. No rotating cast of account managers.
How Quickly Do You Reply?
Cylas himself, or someone from his team, reads every message and usually replies within 12 hours.

General

Pricing & Payments

What Currency Are Your Prices In?
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Published prices are starting points; every project receives a fixed quote before work begins, and that is the number you pay.
How Are Projects Billed?
Website, funnel and app projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
International bank transfer and card payments are accepted. Payment details are included with your invoice.
Are There Any Ongoing Costs?
Third-party costs such as your domain name, premium plugins, platform subscriptions, AI usage or ad spend are paid directly by you, never marked up. Hosting and maintenance are optional monthly plans.

General

Timelines & Process

How Long Does A Website Take?
Once we have your content, a one-page website is usually live within 1–3 days and a multi-page website or online store within 3–7 days. Timelines depend on scope and how quickly content and feedback come in, so we keep both simple.
What Do You Need From Me To Start?
Your logo, the key information about your business and services, and any photos you want to use. We help structure and polish the rest. Honestly, getting the content together is the hardest part of any project.
How Many Revisions Are Included?
The home page design is revised until you are happy. Each package lists its revision rounds for the remaining pages on its pricing card, and additional rounds can be added if needed.

General

Ownership & Hosting

Will I Own My Website?
Yes. For one-off projects, the website and its content belong to you once the project is paid in full. Sites on a Website Subscription can be bought out to own outright. Either way, your domain is always registered in your name.
Do I Have To Host With You?
No. You can host anywhere you like. If you would rather not deal with it, a Hosting & Maintenance Plan starts from USD 97 per month and covers security, backups and updates.
Can I Edit The Website Myself?
Yes. Every project includes a recorded walkthrough so you can update text, images and posts without a developer.

General

Refunds & Cancellations

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Deposits secure your project slot and cover the work started. Some services also carry their own money-back guarantee, stated on the service page. See the full Refund Policy for how refunds work at each stage.
Can I Cancel A Monthly Plan?
Hosting and maintenance plans run for a 12-month minimum term, billed annually, then month to month; after that, cancel with notice before the next billing date and there is no termination fee. The Website Subscription has no minimum term. See the Refund Policy for details.

Where To Start

Choosing A Service

Six core pillars, one partner. Not sure which one you need? Start here.

See All Services
Which Service Should I Start With?
Most clients start with Website Development: a One Page Website if you need to get online quickly, or Full Website Creation for a complete personal brand presence. Once the website is live, Sales Funnels and Advertising & Marketing bring in and convert traffic. Not sure? Request a free website audit and we will recommend a starting point.
What Are The Six Core Pillars?
Website Development, Sales Funnel Creation, Advertising & Marketing, Application Development, Hosting & Maintenance, and Automations & AI. Each pillar has its own page with the individual services, the process and starting prices, and they are designed to work together as your business grows.
Can You Look After My Website After It Launches?
Yes. Our Hosting & Maintenance plans keep your WordPress site hosted, updated, backed up and monitored, with monthly content update hours included. Automations & AI can then take care of the repetitive admin around it.
Can I Combine Services?
Yes, and it is usually the best value. The Packages bundle a website with a funnel, SEO or ads at a lower total price, and every package includes three months of hosting and maintenance.

Personal Brand & Business Websites

Website Development

See Website Development Services

Website Development

Service Page
Which Website Service Should I Start With?
Start with what you actually need, not the biggest option. If you need to get online quickly, a One Page Website gets you there and you can upgrade later. If you are ready for a complete personal brand presence, choose Full Website Creation, or a Business Website if you are a company with several services. Selling products? Go straight to an E-commerce Website. Not sure, or already have a site? Request a free website audit and we will tell you what we would do.
What Platform Do You Build On?
Either an AI-powered, code-based build or traditional WordPress with Elementor or the block editor. We can do either, depending on your use: WordPress when your team wants to edit everything themselves, AI powered when speed, security and running cost matter most. Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build for online stores. Already have designs in Figma, XD or Sketch? Elementor Development builds them as close to the design as possible.
What If I Don’t Like The Design?
You won’t be stuck with it. Designs are subjective, what resonates with us may not sit well with you, and it’s nobody’s fault. The home page design is revised without limit until you are happy. If you still don’t like what you see, our “Ugly Design No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” gives you a full refund during the home page design phase. We would rather work for free than have an unhappy client.
What About Hosting And Maintenance After Launch?
You can host anywhere. Or add a Hosting & Maintenance Plan with managed Google Cloud or AWS hosting, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring and a Hacked Website Guarantee. More than 100 agencies and businesses already host with us.
Why Do You Only Take On 2–3 New Clients A Month?
A full website takes a significant amount of time and attention, and we want every client to get the attention they deserve. So we only onboard 2–3 new full website clients each month. If you are remotely interested in creating your website this year, reserve a slot early.

One Page Website

Service Page
How Much Does A One Page Website Cost?
One Page Websites start at USD 797. The quote covers a custom-designed, information-based page with the standard sections listed in the pricing card; fewer or more sections will adjust the price, and additional pages are quoted separately.
What Sections Are Included?
A typical one page website includes a header navigation bar, hero, “as seen in”, about, why us, testimonials, call to action, lead magnet and footer sections.
Can I Upgrade To A Full Website Later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a Full Website at any time, building on the design we create together.

Full Website Creation

Service Page
How Much Does A Full Website Cost?
Our pricing generally falls into three starting points: Small websites (5–8 pages) from USD 1,497, Medium websites (8–20 pages) from USD 2,497 and Large websites (20+ pages) from USD 3,997. The true investment is confirmed once we both understand the scope.
How Long Does A Full Website Take?
Once we have your content, most full websites are live within 3–7 days. The exact timeline is confirmed during the Discovery step of our 4D Web Design Process, and the biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come in.
What Is The 4D Web Design Process?
Discovery, Design, Development and Deliver. We learn your story, audience and offers; design mockups until you are 100% satisfied; develop and test across all devices; then review, launch and back up the finished site.

E-Commerce Website

Service Page
Should I Use Shopify Or WooCommerce?
Shopify is the simplest to run and the right choice for most product brands. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, gives you more flexibility and has no platform fee, which suits brands that also publish content or already run a WordPress site. We will recommend the right one on your discovery call, based on what is right for you, not what is easier for us.
Can I Sell In Multiple Currencies?
Yes. Multi-currency pricing and region-based shipping are included in every store we build.
Can You Migrate My Existing Store?
Yes. Products, customers and orders are migrated, and redirects are set up so you keep your search rankings. We plan the switch so you don’t lose a day of sales.
How Long Does A Store Take To Build?
Once we have your content and product data, most stores are live within 3–7 days, and smaller catalogues are often at the quick end of that. The biggest variable is product data: photos, descriptions and prices. Have those ready and the build moves quickly.
Who Pays For Shopify And Payment Fees?
You do, directly. Platform subscriptions and payment processing fees are between you and the provider, so there is no markup and no middleman. Our quote covers the design, build and setup.
Will I Be Able To Run The Store Myself?
Yes. You get a recorded walkthrough covering products, orders, discounts and shipping. Adding a product or changing a price should never need a developer. If you want help beyond that, our Hosting & Maintenance Plans cover WooCommerce stores.

Elementor Development

Service Page
Which Design Files Can You Build From?
We build existing designs created in Figma, Sketch, XD or Photoshop in Elementor, as close to the designs as possible. Send your design for the most accurate assessment and quote.
How Much Does Elementor Development Cost?
Estimated starting points are USD 1,497 for small sites (5–10 pages), USD 2,497 for medium sites (10–20 pages) and USD 3,497 for large sites (30+ pages). Final pricing depends on the design and functionality.
Can You Migrate My Site From Wix Or Squarespace?
Yes. We migrate websites from third-party CMSs to WordPress and Elementor. The cost depends largely on the number of existing posts, as these need to be recreated manually.
Do You Work With Agencies?
Yes, roughly half of Cylas Tee’s work comes directly from agencies. We can act as a temporary bridge while you hire, or handle all of your Elementor development on an ongoing basis.
What If I’m Not Happy With The Development?
Our “Lousy Developer No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” gives you a full refund if you don’t like the first page we develop.

Website Subscription

Service Page
Is There A Minimum Term?
No. Your plan runs month-to-month and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. You can also buy out the website to own it outright, so nothing is locked away.
Do I Own My Domain?
Yes. Your domain is always registered in your name. It is your brand, not ours.
What Counts As An Edit?
Text and image changes, new sections using existing designs, and small layout tweaks. Brand new pages or features are quoted separately, so you always know before anything is billed.
Can I Add More Pages Later?
Yes, at any time. Extra pages or features are quoted separately and added to your plan from your next billing month.
Is This The Same Quality As A One-Off Website?
Yes. Same designer, same AI-powered or WordPress build, same mobile-first and SEO standards. The difference is how you pay, and that hosting, security and edits are already included.
Subscription Or One-Off Project: Which Should I Choose?
If you want to own the site outright from day one and have the budget, a One Page Website or Full Website Creation is better value over time. If you would rather keep cash in the business and never think about hosting or updates, the subscription is built for you. Not sure? Ask, and we will tell you honestly.

Lead, Booking & Webinar Funnels

Sales Funnel Creation

See Sales Funnel Creation Services

Sales Funnels

Service Page
Do I Need A Funnel If I Already Have A Website?
Often, yes. Your website builds authority and trust. A funnel takes one specific audience, usually people coming from ads, and turns that trust into leads or sales. Many of our clients run both: the funnel takes traffic from paid advertising, the website handles search and referrals. If you are new to this, start with what a lead funnel is and how it works.
Which Type Of Funnel Should I Start With?
Most businesses should start with a lead magnet funnel. It is the easiest way to build an email list, and if you follow the Two Comma Club roadmap it is the very first funnel you build. From there, add an appointment booking funnel if you sell on a call, or a long-form sales page if you sell at checkout. A webinar funnel suits experts with a signature programme. We will recommend the right starting point on your strategy call.
Which Funnel Platform Do You Build On?
ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel or WordPress with Elementor, whichever fits your business and budget. ClickFunnels is the fastest way to a full funnel with checkout and upsells. GoHighLevel bundles the CRM, calendars and email into one tool. WordPress keeps everything on a site you already own. Not sure? Read how to get an extended ClickFunnels trial and try it before you commit to anything.
Do You Write The Copy?
We structure the message on every page and polish the copy you give us, using the hook, story, offer framework funnel builders rely on. You know your customers better than anyone, so your words are usually the best starting point. If you want the copy written from scratch, we can quote that as an add-on.
How Long Does A Funnel Take, And What Do You Need From Me?
A two-step lead magnet funnel usually goes live in 2–3 weeks. A full funnel with checkout, upsells and email sequences takes 4–6 weeks. From you we need the offer details, any copy or testimonials you already have, access to your platform accounts and one decision maker for the two review rounds. For a sense of where this can go, read how a million-dollar online course is sold.

Lead Magnet Funnel

Service Page
What Makes A Good Lead Magnet?
Something specific, quick to consume and directly related to what you sell. The quicker you solve the problem, the better. If you can help someone in two sentences, there is no point writing a 50-page PDF. A checklist, a template or a short video usually beats a long ebook.
Can You Create The Lead Magnet Itself?
We help you choose the topic, outline it and design it so it looks worth having. If you need the full content written or recorded, we can quote that separately.
Which Email Platforms Do You Connect?
ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), GoHighLevel, the email built into ClickFunnels and most platforms with a form or API integration. If you don’t have one yet, we will recommend one that fits your list size and budget. Either way, send from a branded address on your own domain, not a personal Gmail.
How Long Does A Lead Magnet Funnel Take To Build?
Most go live in 2–3 weeks once the lead magnet content is ready. The lead magnet itself is usually the slowest part, which is one more reason to keep it short.
Can The Opt-In Page Live On My WordPress Site?
Yes. If you already have a website, the opt-in page can simply be another page on it. We build it in Elementor and connect the form to your email platform directly or through Zapier. See how to connect Elementor forms to Google Sheets for an example of the same approach.
Should I Sell Something On The Thank-You Page?
Not at first, and that is on purpose. The sole purpose of a lead funnel is to collect the email address. Selling comes after the lead has received and benefited from your lead magnet. If you are running ads, we can add a low-ticket offer after the opt-in, quoted separately, because recovering some ad spend early lets you buy more leads.

Appointment Booking Funnel

Service Page
Which Scheduling Tools Do You Use?
Calendly, GoHighLevel calendars, Google Calendar appointment schedules or TidyCal. If you already use one, we work with it. If you don’t, we will recommend one that fits the rest of your tools.
Will Prospects See Times In Their Own Time Zone?
Yes. The calendar detects each visitor’s time zone and shows your availability in their local time. Confirmations and reminders go out in that time zone too. We work with clients across nine countries ourselves, so this is something we take seriously.
Can I Filter Out Leads That Aren’t A Fit?
Yes. The qualifying questions can send people who aren’t a fit to a free resource instead of your calendar. They still get something useful, and you keep your time for the right calls.
How Do I Drive Traffic To It?
Paid ads, email, social and direct outreach all work. Many clients send the booking link at the end of a lead magnet funnel, once the lead has warmed up. Read our guide to LinkedIn outreach to high-value leads, or see our advertising services.
Does The Funnel Connect To My CRM?
Yes. Bookings and form answers can be pushed into GoHighLevel, HubSpot or most CRMs, directly or through Zapier. Every lead lands in your pipeline with their answers attached, so you walk into the call already knowing their situation.
How Long Does A Booking Funnel Take To Build?
Usually 2–3 weeks for Essential and 3–4 weeks for Plus, once we have your offer details and calendar access. You get a fixed quote and timeline before any work starts.

Webinar Funnel

Service Page
What Is The Perfect Webinar Framework?
A presentation structure popularised by Russell Brunson. You teach one big idea, break the false beliefs that stop people acting on it, then stack the offer and close. It works because it sells by teaching rather than pitching. We build the funnel around it and give you the slide outline. Read more in how to get the Perfect Webinar slides.
Live Or Evergreen: Which Should I Start With?
Live, almost always. Run it live a few times to test the message and the offer. Once a recording converts, switch it to evergreen so it runs every week on its own. We build either, and moving from live to evergreen later is straightforward because the pages and emails are already in place.
Which Webinar Platforms Do You Support?
Zoom, WebinarJam, EverWebinar, ClickFunnels webinars and GoHighLevel, among others. If you already pay for one, we will use it.
Can International Attendees Join At A Good Time?
Yes. Evergreen webinars show sessions in each attendee’s local time. Live webinars can be scheduled in two or three slots to cover your main markets, and the replay covers everyone else. Cylas Tee runs a fully remote business with clients in nine countries, so time zones are something we plan for, not apologise for.
Is A Webinar The Right Way To Sell A Course?
For courses and programmes priced from a few hundred dollars up, a webinar is one of the most reliable ways to sell at scale. Below that, a long-form sales page is usually enough. Read how million-dollar online courses are sold for the bigger picture.
How Long Does A Webinar Funnel Take To Build?
A live webinar funnel usually goes live in 3–4 weeks. Evergreen takes 4–6 weeks, because the automation and the time zone scheduling need more testing. Your slides and recording are the only parts we wait on.

Long-Form Sales Page

Service Page
Isn’t A Long Page Too Long For People To Read?
People who are interested will read it. People who are ready will jump straight to the order button. A good long-form page is built so both get what they need. The length is there for the reader with questions, not to pad the page.
Do You Write The Sales Copy?
We structure and polish your draft for clarity and persuasion. Nobody knows your customers and your stories like you do, so your draft is the best raw material. Full copywriting from scratch can be added as a separate quote.
Can The Page Include A Video Sales Letter?
Yes. A video sales letter can sit at the top of the page, with the long-form copy below for people who would rather read. Many of the best pages do both.
What Does A Successful Funnel Look Like At Scale?
Read our breakdown of the Two Comma Club roadmap. It is how funnel builders think about sales pages, offers and the steps that come before and after them.
Can The Sales Page Live On My Existing Website?
Yes. It can be built on your current WordPress site in Elementor, or on ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel if you want checkout, upsells and order bumps handled by the funnel platform. Both work. The right choice depends on what you already have.
How Long Does A Sales Page Take To Build?
Usually 2–3 weeks once we have your copy draft, testimonials and product details. Add about a week for the upsell plan. You get a fixed quote and timeline before any work starts.

Meta, Google, SEO & Social Media

Advertising & Marketing

See Advertising & Marketing Services

Advertising & Marketing

Service Page
Should I Start With Google Ads Or Meta Ads?
It comes down to one question: are people already searching for what you offer? If yes, Google Ads usually brings enquiries fastest. If you are promoting something new, like a lead magnet, a webinar or a launch, nobody is searching for it yet, so Meta Ads is the better place to start. We will recommend one on the first call, not both.
Should I Invest In Ads Or SEO First?
Ads bring traffic the week they launch and stop the day you stop paying. SEO takes 3–6 months to build and then keeps compounding. If you need enquiries now, start with ads. The data will show you which keywords and pages are worth ranking for. If you have time and want traffic you don’t rent, start with SEO. Most of our clients end up running both, and the tracking and landing pages are shared between them.
How Much Should I Spend On Ads?
Enough for each campaign to gather real data, and not a dollar more until it proves itself. The number depends on your market and how competitive it is, and we agree it with you before launch. Ad spend is always paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, never through us.
Do You Guarantee Results?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we guarantee is proper tracking, disciplined testing and honest reporting. You will always know what your budget is producing, so you can stop or scale with confidence.
Can You Run Campaigns In Other Countries And Languages?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in the United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Russia and Indonesia, and we can target any country or region you sell to. For campaigns in a language other than English, we ask a native speaker on your side to review the ad copy before it goes live.
Do I Need A New Landing Page Or A Funnel?
Usually, yes. A page built for one offer converts far better than a homepage that tries to do everything. For a single offer, an ad landing page is enough. For a lead magnet or a launch with email follow-up, a sales funnel does more of the work for you. Our guide to lead funnels explains the difference in plain terms.

Google Ads

Service Page
Will I Own My Google Ads Account?
Yes. Campaigns run in an account in your name, with your billing details. If we ever stop working together, you keep the account, the campaigns and every bit of history. We are added as a manager, nothing more.
How Soon Will I See Results?
Search campaigns can bring enquiries within days of launch. The first 4–8 weeks are still a learning period though, while we refine keywords, ads and bids on real data. Judge the account at the end of month three, not week one.
Can You Take Over My Existing Account?
Yes. We start with an audit of what is already running and how it is tracked. We keep what works, restructure what doesn’t, and you lose none of your account history.
Do You Run Shopping Campaigns?
Yes. For online stores we set up Google Merchant Center and run Shopping or Performance Max campaigns from your product feed.

Meta Ads

Service Page
Do You Create The Ad Images And Videos?
We write the copy, give creative direction and produce simple static designs. For video, you supply the footage or we work with your videographer. Honestly, a lot of brands get their best results from content shot on a phone, so do not let production hold you back.
What Is The Conversions API And Do I Need It?
It sends conversion data from your website’s server straight to Meta, filling the gaps left by browser privacy settings and ad blockers. Yes, you need it. We set it up alongside the Pixel so your campaigns optimise on complete data rather than half of it.
Where Should Meta Ads Send People?
To a page built for that one offer: a lead magnet, a webinar registration or a product page. Not your homepage. A dedicated sales funnel captures the lead and follows up automatically, which is where most of the sales actually happen.
Can You Target Audiences In Multiple Countries?
Yes. Campaigns can target one country or many, with the budget split by region so you can see which market responds best and put more behind it.
Is My Ad Account Safe With You?
You keep full ownership of your Business Manager and ad account. We are added as a partner with only the access needed to run campaigns, and you can remove it at any time.
How Long Before I Know If It Is Working?
Give it the first 3–4 weeks to test audiences and creative, then judge on cost per lead or purchase, not on likes. By the end of month three we will know what works and what to scale. Give it the time, we optimise weekly and report monthly.

Ad Landing Pages

Service Page
What Is The Difference Between A Landing Page And A Sales Funnel?
A landing page is one page with one goal. A sales funnel is a sequence: landing page, thank-you page, email follow-up and usually an offer, built to walk someone from interest to purchase. If you are selling one thing to warm traffic, a landing page is enough. If you are collecting leads and nurturing them, you want the funnel.
Is The Ad And Landing Page Copy Included?
We structure the page and write or tighten the copy based on your offer and audience. You review and approve every word before it goes live. Ad copy is included when we also manage your campaigns.
Which Platform Will The Page Be Built On?
Whichever fits your setup. We can build on your existing WordPress site, on a funnel builder like ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel, or as a fast standalone page. You are not locked into anything.
Can The Page Also Rank On Google?
Ad landing pages are built to convert paid traffic and are usually kept out of search on purpose. If you want a page that ranks on its own, we plan it with our SEO service in mind from the start. Tell us which you need and we will build the right one.
How Long Does It Take?
About two weeks from brief to live, assuming you send feedback within a couple of days at each step. Most of the time is spent on the copy, because that is what does the converting.
What Happens After Launch?
You own the page. If we manage your ads, we watch how it converts and suggest changes based on real numbers. If you want ongoing updates and hosting, our hosting and maintenance plan covers it. You worry about the offer, we worry about the page.

SEO Services

Service Page
Can You Guarantee First-Page Or #1 Rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google changes, your competitors change and your market changes. What we commit to is doing the right work every month, explaining it in plain English and showing you the numbers from Search Console so you can see progress for yourself.
How Long Does SEO Take To Work?
Technical fixes can show an effect within weeks. Meaningful organic growth usually takes 3–6 months, then keeps compounding after that. If someone promises you page one in 30 days, keep your wallet closed.
Which SEO Service Should I Start With?
Usually in this order. Technical SEO first, because it is the foundation and nothing else works on a site Google can’t crawl or that takes five seconds to load. Then Existing Content Optimisation for the pages you already have, because Google already knows them and improving them pays off faster than adding to the pile. Then Content SEO for new articles on the questions you don’t have a page for yet. If you are not sure, send us the site and we will tell you which one actually fits. Sometimes the answer is a small technical fix and nothing more.
Do I Need A New Website To Do SEO?
Not usually. Most sites can be improved as they are. If the platform itself is holding you back, we will tell you honestly and explain the options. We build websites too, so we have no reason to hide it from you.
Should I Do SEO Or Run Ads?
Ads bring traffic the week they launch. SEO takes a few months and then keeps compounding. If you need enquiries now, start with Google or Meta Ads and let the data show which keywords are worth ranking for. Many of our clients run both, with shared tracking and landing pages.

Existing Content Optimisation

Service Page
What Counts As A Page?
Any URL on your site with its own content: a service page, a landing page, a product or category page, a blog post. The home page counts as one. If you are not sure how many you have, send us the site and we will count them with you and say which ones are worth including.
Do You Rewrite The Copy Or Just The Tags?
The copy. Titles and meta descriptions are part of it, but Google reads the whole page, so the headings and the body are rewritten around the search each page should answer. You review every rewrite before it goes live, and the old copy is kept on file.
How Is This Different From Content SEO?
Content SEO writes new articles every month on questions you don’t have a page for yet. This is a one-time project on the pages you already have. Most sites should do this first, because Google already knows those pages and improving them pays off faster than adding to the pile. If you want new content afterwards, Content SEO picks up where this leaves off.
Will My Rankings Drop While Pages Change?
Rarely, and not for long. Google re-evaluates a changed page and it can wobble for a week or two before settling. We keep the URL, the keyword each page already ranks for and the internal links pointing at it, so we are improving what Google already likes rather than replacing it. If a page drops and stays down, we say so in the report and fix it.
What If I Have More Than 40 Pages?
We quote per page. Send us the site and we will suggest which pages are worth including, because on most large sites a quarter of the pages bring in most of the traffic and the rest can wait. If the technical side is holding everything back, we will point you at Technical SEO first.

Technical SEO

Service Page
Will My PageSpeed Score Reach 100?
Sometimes. A clean WordPress install on good hosting scores 100 out of the box. Add a page builder, a theme and twenty plugins and it drops fast. The goal is passing Core Web Vitals for real users, not a perfect lab score. We will give you realistic targets after the audit, and honestly, 90+ on mobile for an Elementor site is a very good result.
Do You Work On WordPress Sites?
Yes, WordPress is our specialty, including Elementor and Oxygen builds. It is what we have built hundreds of personal brand websites on. We also work on Shopify and modern frameworks like Astro and Next.js.
Will Fixing Technical Issues Improve My Rankings?
It removes the barriers holding your rankings back, which often helps on its own. But content and relevance matter too. We will be honest about what technical fixes alone can do, and tell you if the next step is content, not more code.
Can You Help With A Website Migration?
Yes. We map every old URL to its new home, set up 301 redirects, check everything before and after launch, and watch Search Console for weeks afterwards to protect your traffic. Migrations are where most sites lose rankings, so this is not the place to save money.
Does Hosting Matter For Speed?
More than most people think. We have run the same WordPress setups on the managed cloud hosting we use for clients: 100 on a fresh install, high 90s on desktop with Elementor, before any optimisation. Cheap shared hosting will not get you there no matter how many plugins you add. If hosting is the bottleneck, we will say so, and our hosting and maintenance plans can take it off your hands.
Will You Break My Site?
No. Changes are made on a staging copy wherever possible, tested, and deployed with a backup in place. You get a list of everything that changed. If something on your site depends on a plugin we want to remove, we check with you first.

Content SEO

Service Page
Who Writes The Content?
Our team researches and writes it in English, and Cylas Tee reviews every piece before it goes to you for approval. Nothing is published that you have not seen.
Do You Use AI To Write Content?
AI tools help with research and outlines. Every article is still written, fact-checked and edited by a person, because content that reads like a machine wrote it does not build trust, and trust is the whole point.
Can You Write About Technical Or Niche Topics?
Yes. For specialist subjects we ask for your input up front, usually a short call or a few bullet points, and you approve every piece before it is published. You are the expert. We make it readable and findable.
How Soon Will Content Start Ranking?
New articles usually take 2–6 months to reach their potential, depending on competition and how much authority your site already has. We track it monthly so you can see each piece climb.
Can You Fix The Content I Already Have?
Yes, and it is often the best place to start. Updating and merging older posts can lift traffic faster than writing new ones, because Google already knows those pages exist. Older posts are refreshed as part of every content plan, and if the pages you already have are the main problem, Existing Content Optimisation rewrites them as a one-time project, quoted by the number of pages.
Do I Need Content SEO If I Am Running Ads?
Not straight away. If ads are bringing in enquiries and your site converts, you may not need content yet. Content is what you build when you want traffic you don’t pay for every month. Many clients start with ads, learn which keywords convert, then put content behind exactly those.

Do I Need A Web App Or A Mobile App?
Start with the problem, not the platform. If your users mostly sit at a desk or work in a browser, a web app is faster and cheaper to build. If they need it on the go, with push notifications, camera, location or offline access, go mobile. Many products start as a web app and add a mobile version later on the same backend. And if the real goal is getting rid of repetitive admin, you may not need an app at all. See Automations & AI first.
Who Owns The Code?
You do. Once the project is paid, the source code, the designs and the intellectual property are yours. The repository, hosting and any third-party services are set up under accounts you control from the first sprint, so you are never locked in to us.
How Does Pricing Work?
Every project is quoted as a fixed scope and a fixed price after the discovery call. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% on launch. Longer roadmaps can run as a monthly sprint retainer instead. Starting prices are on each service page, and you have the final number before any work starts. No surprises, no hidden extras.
How Long Does An App Take To Build?
A typical web app first version takes 8–12 weeks. A mobile app takes 10–14 weeks, because Apple and Google review is part of the schedule. Both are built in two-week sprints, so you are clicking through working features from the first demo, not waiting until the end.
Can You Work With My Existing Developers?
Yes. We can run the whole project, or join your team as Scrum lead and extra development capacity. Either way the work sits in one shared backlog your team can see, and Cylas Tee stays your single point of contact.
Does Remote Delivery Work For Software Projects?
It is the only way projects here run. Clients in the United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Russia and Indonesia get written updates, recorded sprint demos and calls booked in their time zone. You are never waiting for an office to open.

Web App Development

Service Page
How Long Does A Web App Take?
Most first versions take 8–12 weeks, delivered over four to six two-week sprints. You see working features at the first demo, two weeks in, and every fortnight after that.
What Technology Do You Use?
Whatever fits your product, which is usually Next.js or React on the front, Node.js and Postgres behind it, and managed cloud hosting like Vercel. We stick to widely used tools on purpose, so any developer you hire later can pick up the code without a handover from us.
Do I Really Need A Custom Web App?
Maybe not. If what you need is a booking form, a members area or a way to stop retyping data between tools, a website with the right plugins and an automation is cheaper and quicker. See Automations & AI and website development. If you have checked those and still need your own logins, data and workflows, then yes, a web app is the right call. We will tell you which on the first call.
Can The App Grow After The First Version?
That is the whole point of starting small. The structure is planned so new features can be added sprint by sprint as your users tell you what they want, rather than guessing up front.

Mobile App Development

Service Page
Do You Build Native Or Cross-Platform Apps?
Cross-platform, for most business apps. One codebase for iOS and Android, with native speed where it matters, for a fraction of the ongoing cost of two separate apps. If your app is a game or something unusually heavy on graphics, we will tell you that native is the better route and what that means for the budget.
How Long Until My App Is In The App Store?
A typical first version takes 10–14 weeks, including store review. Apple and Google review times vary from days to a couple of weeks, so submission is planned into the schedule rather than tacked on at the end.
Who Owns The App And Its Code?
You do. The source code, the designs and the store listings are all yours, and the app is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. If you ever stop working with us, nothing changes for your users.
Do I Really Need A Mobile App?
Often not. If your customers visit a few times a year, a mobile-friendly website does the job and costs a fraction. An app makes sense when people use you weekly, when you need push notifications or the phone’s hardware, or when a community lives inside it. We will give you a straight answer on the first call, even if the answer is “not yet”.
What About Updates After Launch?
Phones and operating systems change every year, and both stores expect apps to keep up. We can keep it compatible, fixed and growing after launch, quoted monthly to fit what you need. Or your own team can take it on, with full documentation from us.
Can The App Share A Backend With My Website Or Web App?
Yes. The app can connect to the platform you already have through its API, or we build one backend that powers both your web app and your mobile app, so you only maintain your data in one place.

SaaS MVP Development

Service Page
What Is An MVP, In Plain English?
A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your software that a real customer can sign up for, use and pay for. It is not a prototype, which only looks like a product, and it is not the full vision. It does one thing well, with a login, billing and an admin screen around it, so you can find out whether people pay before you spend a year building the rest.
How Long Does An MVP Take?
Most MVPs we scope are typically live within 8–12 weeks, built in two-week sprints with a recorded demo at the end of each one. The biggest factor is not the technology but how disciplined we are together about the second list, the things that wait for version two. A scope that stays small ships on time.
What Do You Leave Out, And Why?
Anything that is not needed to take the first payment. That usually means team accounts, single sign-on, native mobile apps, multiple languages, custom reporting and complicated permissions. They are all good ideas, and they can all be added in a later sprint once a paying customer asks for them. Built before launch, they double the cost and delay the only thing that matters.
How Does Billing Work?
Through Stripe, in your own Stripe account. Subscriptions or one-off payments, free trials if you want them, and a page where customers manage their own plan and download invoices. Stripe’s fees are paid by you directly to Stripe, as with any business taking card payments. We will tell you what they are before you decide.
What Will It Cost To Run Each Month?
Hosting on Vercel or Render, a Supabase or Postgres database and analytics are all paid directly by you to the providers, and for most early-stage products the starting tiers are modest. We estimate the monthly running cost at scoping so there are no surprises. Keeping us on after launch is optional; the product keeps running whether you do or not, because it all lives in your accounts.
Why Not Build It With A No-Code Tool?
Sometimes you should, and we will say so if a form, a spreadsheet and an automation would prove the idea. See workflow automation. The trouble starts when the product works. No-code tools get expensive at volume, cannot do the one custom thing your customers ask for, and are hard to move away from. An MVP on Next.js and Postgres costs more up front and is yours to grow in any direction.
Do I Own The MVP?
Yes. The repository, the hosting, the database and the Stripe account are opened in your name from the first sprint, and once the project is paid the source code and the intellectual property are yours. If you raise money or hire a team later, there is nothing to migrate and nothing to ask us for.
What If Nobody Pays?
Then you have learned the most valuable thing an MVP can teach you, for a fraction of what the full build would have cost. Usually the numbers show something more useful than a flat no: people sign up but stall at one step, or they use a feature you thought was minor. Analytics is wired in from launch so you can see exactly that, and version two, or a change of direction, is planned from real behaviour rather than guesses.

API & Integrations Development

Service Page
What Is An API, In Plain English?
An API is the door a piece of software leaves open for other software. It is a documented list of things you are allowed to ask it (“give me this customer’s orders”) and tell it (“create this invoice”), over the web, without a human clicking through the screens. Nearly every modern business tool has one, and an integration is simply code that uses those doors on your behalf.
What Is A Webhook, And How Is It Different From An API?
An API waits to be asked. A webhook speaks up on its own. When something happens in a system, a payment, a booking, a shipment scan, it sends a short message to a web address your integration is listening on, and the integration takes it from there. It is faster and cheaper than checking every minute, and it is how most of what we build gets triggered. Most integrations use both: webhooks to hear about events, the API to act on them.
When Is Zapier Or n8n Enough, And When Do I Need Custom Code?
A connector is enough when both tools are popular, the job is a simple hop and a missed record now and then is survivable. That covers a lot of small businesses, and it is what our workflow automation service does. You need custom code when there is no connector for one of the systems, when the data needs real reshaping or matching in the middle, when volume makes per-task pricing expensive, or when a wrong or duplicate record costs money. We tell you which on the first call, and we will happily send you to the cheaper option.
What Is A Rate Limit?
A cap the other system puts on how many requests it will accept from you in a given minute or hour. Go over it and it starts refusing requests until the window resets. A careless integration treats a refusal as a failure and drops the record. Ours queues the work, waits, and retries with longer gaps until it gets through, so nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
What Happens When One Of The Systems Is Down?
The integration keeps the work in a queue and keeps retrying until the system is back, in the right order, without creating duplicates. Every attempt is logged. If something cannot recover on its own, say a record was rejected because of bad data, a human gets an alert by email, Slack or Telegram with enough detail to fix it. You find out from the integration, not from a customer.
Which Systems Can You Connect?
Anything with a documented API, which today is most things: Stripe and other payment gateways, CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close and GoHighLevel, booking tools, Shopify and WooCommerce, accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks, ERPs, shipping carriers, Google Workspace and more. If your system is unusual or old, the audit confirms it can be connected before you commit to anything. For the CRM and sales pipeline side specifically, see CRM & sales pipeline integration.
What If One Of My Systems Has No API?
It happens, especially with older software. The honest options are usually an export-and-import routine on a schedule, a connection through its database if you own it, or a browser automation as a last resort. Each has trade-offs and we will lay them out plainly. Sometimes the right answer is that the system without an API is the one to replace, and we will say that too.
How Long Does An Integration Take?
A single integration between two systems with good APIs is typically live within 2–6 weeks, including mapping, testing on real data and a couple of weeks of monitored live use. Several systems, a legacy ERP or complicated matching rules take longer, and the data map at the start tells you how much before you commit.

Custom WordPress Plugins & Features

Service Page
What Is The Difference Between A Plugin And Editing The Theme?
A theme controls how your site looks. A plugin adds what it can do. Code pasted into the theme’s files lives inside something that gets updated and replaced, so it disappears with the next theme update or redesign. A plugin lives in its own folder, shows up in your plugins list with a name and a version, and keeps working while WordPress, the theme and Elementor update around it. Same feature, very different lifespan.
Will It Break When WordPress Or Elementor Updates?
It is built not to. The plugin uses the official WordPress and Elementor APIs rather than tricks that depend on a particular version, and it is tested on staging against your current versions before it goes live. No software can promise that a future update never changes anything, which is exactly why the plugin is readable and documented, and why our Hosting & Maintenance Plans test updates on staging first.
Can It Work With Elementor?
Yes, and usually it should. When the feature needs a place on the page we build it as an Elementor widget with its own settings panel, so your editors drag it in like any other element. For sites using the block editor, the same feature ships as a Gutenberg block. Either way the logic lives in the plugin, so changing a rule in one place updates every page that uses it. For building a whole site from a design, see Elementor Development.
Is There Not Already A Plugin For That?
Often there is, and if a well-maintained one does the job, we will tell you to use it. We check the directory honestly on the first call. Custom work makes sense when the closest plugin does eighty percent and the missing twenty is the part your business is built on, when you are paying for three plugins to approximate one feature, or when a plugin has become the thing you fight with every week.
What Kinds Of Features Can You Build?
Quote and pricing calculators, members-only areas and course access, booking and reservation logic, custom post types with their own fields, filters and templates, directories, front-end forms and dashboards, Elementor widgets and Gutenberg blocks, and connections from WordPress to the other tools you use. If it runs on WordPress and you can describe it, it can almost certainly be built as a plugin. For connecting WordPress to outside systems, see API & integrations.
Who Owns The Plugin?
You do. Once the project is paid the code is yours, it sits in your plugins list on your hosting, and any WordPress developer can read it. If you want, just send us “We are taking it in-house”, and you already have everything you need.
How Long Does A Custom Plugin Take?
A single feature such as a calculator or a custom post type is typically live within 1–2 weeks. A member area or booking logic with payments typically takes 2–4 weeks, including testing on staging. The spec at the start tells you which you have before you commit.
Can You Fix Or Extend A Plugin Someone Else Built?
Usually, yes. We will look at the existing code and tell you honestly whether it is worth extending or whether it is cheaper to rebuild it properly, and quote either. If the “plugin” turns out to be code pasted into the theme, the first job is usually moving it into a real plugin so it stops disappearing with updates.

Hosting, Maintenance, Speed, Security & Migration

Hosting & Maintenance

See Hosting & Maintenance Services

Hosting & Maintenance

Service Page
Is Migration From My Current Host Included?
Yes. Moving your site to our Google Cloud / AWS hosting is part of onboarding. Onboarding is free for websites we build. If we didn’t build your site, there may be a one-time setup fee of USD 200–500 depending on its complexity. Send us the link and we will tell you which one applies.
What’s The Difference Between The Plans?
The Hosting & Maintenance Plan is USD 97/month and includes Google Cloud or AWS hosting, daily on- and offsite backups, 24/7 monitoring, website protection, monthly WordPress and plugin updates and 1 hour of content updates each month. If you only need one half, WordPress hosting on its own starts at USD 32/month with no edits included, and maintenance on its own, for a site hosted anywhere, starts at USD 100/month with 1 hour of edits, with 2 and 4 hour plans above it.
What Happens If My Website Gets Hacked?
We fix it, at no cost to you. That is our Hacked Website Guarantee. If your site is compromised while you are on the plan, we clean it and get everything back up and running. The only exception is if your own access to the website wasn’t kept secure. To date, we have had 0 hacks or breaches on any site on our maintenance plan.
My Site Isn’t On WordPress. Can You Still Host And Maintain It?
Yes. Static and Astro websites, including the ones we build, are hosted on Vercel or Cloudflare and quoted per site. There are fewer moving parts, so the plan is usually lighter: monitoring, edits and performance. Get in touch and we will quote it.
Is There A Contract, And What Happens If I Cancel?
Plans run for a 12-month minimum term, billed annually, then month to month. After that, cancel with notice before your next billing date, no termination fee. Your website and your data are yours, and we will help you move them to wherever you are going next. You can also switch between plans at any time.

WordPress Hosting

Service Page
What’s The Difference Between Hosting And Maintenance?
Hosting is where your website lives: the server, speed, backups, SSL, staging and uptime monitoring. Maintenance is the work done on the site itself: WordPress, plugin and theme updates, small fixes and content edits. This page is hosting only. Website Maintenance is the other half, and the Hosting & Maintenance Plan is both together.
Is Migration To Your Hosting Included?
Yes. Moving your site to our Google Cloud / AWS hosting is part of onboarding. Onboarding is free for websites we build. If we didn’t build your site, there may be a one-time setup fee of USD 200–500 depending on its complexity. Send us the link and we will tell you which one applies.
Can I Still Make My Own Edits?
Of course. It is your site, and you keep full admin access. Hosting-only is built for people who make their own edits or have someone who does. We just recommend testing bigger changes on the staging site first, and we will show you how.
Does Hosting-Only Include The Hacked Website Guarantee?
The Hacked Website Guarantee is part of our Hosting & Maintenance Plan, where we are also the ones keeping WordPress and your plugins up to date, which is how most hacks are prevented in the first place. Hosting-only includes server-level security, a firewall and daily backups. If you want the guarantee, take the bundle.
Where Is My Website Hosted?
On a cloud server on Google Cloud or AWS that we set up and manage, in a region near your customers, with server-side caching, Cloudflare’s CDN and protection in front, SSL, daily backups, monitoring and a staging site. Your site gets its own resources rather than a slice of a shared server, on a machine we control and can tune.
What If My Site Gets A Lot Of Traffic?
Caching and the CDN mean a busy day is usually no problem. If your site consistently outgrows its plan, you hear it from us first, with the numbers, and we move you up only if it is needed. There are no surprise overage bills landing in your inbox.
My Site Isn’t On WordPress. Can You Still Host It?
Yes. Static and Astro websites, including the ones we build, are hosted on Vercel or Cloudflare and quoted per site. There are fewer moving parts, so the plan is usually lighter. Get in touch and we will quote it.

Service Page
What Counts As A Content Edit?
Changing text, prices or images, adding a testimonial, swapping a team photo, adding a simple new page in your existing design, fixing a broken link or form. Anything you could describe in a short message. A full redesign, a new section with custom design or a new integration is a bigger job, quoted separately at your discounted client rate.
What Happens If An Update Breaks My Site?
We roll it back from the backup we took before the round, then work out why and fix it properly, usually by updating the thing it disagreed with or testing the update on a staging copy. You will rarely know it happened. This is exactly why we don’t just click update and hope.
How Quickly Are Edits Done?
Small edits are typically done within a few working days of your message, often sooner. If something is broken, that jumps the queue. Bigger jobs get a timeline with their estimate.
Can You Maintain A Site You Didn’t Build?
Yes. Most sites we maintain were built by someone else, and quite a few have been left alone for a while. We look it over first and tell you honestly what the first catch-up round involves. If the site is built in a way that makes maintenance risky, you will hear that too, with options.
Is There A Contract?
A 12-month minimum term, billed annually, then month to month with no termination fee. Your site stays where it is, in your name, with your own admin access. You can also move between the monthly plans, on-demand edits and the full Hosting & Maintenance Plan at any time.
Should I Get Hosting And Maintenance Together?
If you are happy with your host, maintenance on its own is enough. If your hosting is slow, unreliable or just one more thing to manage, the Hosting & Maintenance Plan puts both in one place for one monthly price, from USD 97/month with one hour of edits and maintenance included, and it comes with our Hacked Website Guarantee.

Website Speed Optimisation

Service Page
What Are Core Web Vitals?
Three measurements Google uses to judge how a page feels to a real person: how quickly the main content appears (Largest Contentful Paint), how quickly the page responds when you tap or click (Interaction to Next Paint), and whether things jump around while it loads (Cumulative Layout Shift). Google reports them in Search Console and uses them as part of how it ranks you. We fix all three, and the PageSpeed score usually follows.
Will Speed Optimisation Change How My Website Looks?
No. Nothing is removed from the design. Images are compressed so they weigh less but look the same, pages are cached so they are served faster, and leftovers are cleaned out of the database. It is the same site with the weight taken off. If anything did look different after the work, that would be a bug, and we would fix it.
Do I Have To Move My Hosting?
Only if the hosting is the bottleneck, and the audit will show whether it is. Cheap shared hosting puts hundreds of sites on one server, and no amount of plugin tidying fixes that. If that is your situation we will say so and move the site to a cloud server on Google Cloud or AWS that we manage. If your current host is fine, we leave it where it is.
How Long Does Speed Optimisation Take?
Most jobs are finished typically within one to two weeks of getting access to the site. If a hosting move is part of the work, add a few days for the migration and the DNS change. Your live site keeps running the whole time.
What Score Will My Site Get On PageSpeed Insights?
We don’t promise a number, and we would be wary of anyone who does. A site with live chat, ad pixels and embedded videos will never score the same as a plain page, and a perfect mobile score is rare for a real business website. What we promise is that the three Core Web Vitals are fixed and that you see the before and after on the same pages, side by side.
Can You Speed Up A Website You Didn’t Build?
Yes. Most of the sites we optimise were built by someone else, and quite a few were built years ago. We take a full backup first, work on a staging copy where we can, and test every page type before anything goes live. If the site is built in a way that makes some fixes risky, we tell you which ones and why.
Will My Website Stay Fast?
The settings stay in place, so most of it does. The things that slow a site down again are new full-size photos, new plugins and updates that change how a page loads. We tell you the two or three habits that keep it fast at handover, and if you would rather someone else keeps an eye on it, our hosting and maintenance plan does that every month.
Is The Website Audit Really Free?
Yes. Send us your link through the free website audit and you get back a plain list of what is slowing the site down and what we would do about it, along with a fixed quote. There is no obligation, and if the site is already in good shape we will tell you that too.

Website Security & Malware Cleanup

Service Page
How Do I Know If My Website Has Been Hacked?
The usual signs are a red warning in Chrome, a “This site may be hacked” label under your Google listing, visitors being redirected to strange pages, search results for products you don’t sell, admin users you didn’t create, or your emails suddenly bouncing. Sometimes there is no visible sign at all and your host or Search Console tells you first. If you are not sure, send us the link and we will check.
Why Is Google Showing A “Deceptive Site Ahead” Warning?
Google crawls your site constantly. When it finds malware, hidden spam pages or redirects to scam sites, it flags your domain in Safe Browsing, which Chrome and most other browsers use. The red screen is Google protecting your visitors from your site. It stays until the site is clean and a review has been requested through Search Console and passed. We do both.
How Long Does Malware Cleanup Take?
Most clean-ups are done typically within a few days of getting access to the site, with the backup, investigation and hardening included. Google’s review typically takes a few more days once we request it, and we only request it when we are sure the site is clean, because a failed review slows the next one down.
Will I Lose My Content Or My Design?
No. We take a full backup before anything changes and the site is cleaned in place. Your pages, posts, images and design stay as they were. What goes is the code that shouldn’t be there, along with any users and plugins you didn’t add.
Can’t I Just Restore A Backup?
Only if the backup is from before the infection and the hole it came through is closed. Most people don’t know when the hack happened, so the backups they have are often infected too, and restoring one without fixing the entry point means it comes straight back. A restore can be part of the fix, but it is rarely the whole fix.
Does The Hacked Website Guarantee Cover My Site?
The Hacked Website Guarantee applies to websites on our hosting and maintenance plan: if a site on the plan is ever compromised, we clean it and get it back up at no cost, unless access to the site wasn’t kept secure on your side. A one-off clean-up is quoted as a job. Many people move onto the plan once their site is clean, and from then on it is covered. See the Hosting & Maintenance Plan.
Can You Clean A Site Hosted Anywhere?
Yes. We clean sites on any host, and we don’t need you to move to do it. If the host itself is part of the problem, for example an account that has been suspended or a server that was never updated, we will say so and recommend a move. Otherwise the site stays where it is.
How Do I Stop It Happening Again?
Keep WordPress, plugins and themes updated, remove what you don’t use, use a strong password that isn’t used anywhere else, turn on two-factor login for admins, keep a firewall in front of the site and keep daily backups. We set all of that up as part of the clean-up. The hard part is keeping it up every month, which is exactly what our hosting and maintenance plan does.

Website Migration

Service Page
Will My Website Go Down During The Move?
It shouldn’t, and that is the whole point of the way we do it. The new copy is built and tested while the old site keeps running, the DNS timers are shortened ahead of time and the SSL certificate is ready before the domain switches. Whichever server a visitor lands on during the switch, they see a working website.
What Is DNS Propagation, And Will It Affect Me?
DNS is the internet’s phone book: it tells browsers which server your domain lives on. When that entry changes, the update spreads across the world over a few hours, and during that time some visitors see the old server and some see the new one. We shorten the timers beforehand so it spreads in minutes, and we keep both sites working so it doesn’t matter which one a visitor hits.
Will My Email Keep Working?
Yes. Your email records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) live in the same DNS as your website, and dropping them is the most common mistake in a do-it-yourself move. We copy every record before the switch and check that email is arriving after it. If your email is with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your old host, we check the right records for each.
Will I Lose My Google Rankings?
Not from a move done properly. If your URLs stay the same, Google barely notices. If any change, every old address gets a permanent redirect to its new one, so links and rankings follow the site. We check Search Console after the move for anything it is unhappy about.
How Long Does A Website Migration Take?
A standard host-to-host WordPress move is typically done within a week of getting access, most of which is testing and waiting for the DNS timers. A WordPress-to-WordPress rebuild or a Wix or Squarespace move takes as long as the rebuild, which we quote as a website project with the move at the end.
Can You Move My Wix Or Squarespace Site To WordPress?
Yes, where it makes sense. The pages, posts and images come across, but the design has to be rebuilt, because those platforms don’t export it. We tell you that up front and quote it honestly as a website project. If you are happy where you are and the move wouldn’t get you much, we will say that too.
What Do You Need From Me?
Access to your current host, your domain registrar and your WordPress admin, sent once. A time of day that is quiet for your business for the switch. And someone to confirm the forms and email are arriving at your end after the move. That is the whole list.

Workflows, AI Chatbots & CRM Integration

Automations & AI

See Automations & AI Services

Automations & AI

Service Page
Which Tools Can You Connect?
Most modern business software with an API. We work daily with Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, Stripe and the OpenAI and Claude APIs, plus most CRMs, email platforms, calendars and accounting tools. If your stack is unusual, the process audit confirms it can be connected before you commit to anything. For a simple example of what a connected workflow looks like, see connecting Elementor forms to Google Sheets.
What Is The AI Chatbot Trained On, And Is My Data Private?
Only on content you approve: your website pages, FAQs, documents and any scripts you give us. Nothing is shared with other clients. The bot runs through API accounts you own, so you control the data and can switch it off at any time. We also set the topics it must not answer and a handover to a human whenever it is unsure.
Will An AI Chatbot Give My Customers Wrong Answers?
It can, if it is set up carelessly. That is why its answers are limited to your approved content, why risky topics like pricing exceptions, legal or medical questions and refunds go straight to a person, and why we read real conversations after launch and tune it. Human handover is part of every build, not an extra.
What Does “AI-Assisted Development” Mean?
It means we use AI coding tools to write integrations, scripts and custom logic faster than by hand, which keeps your quote lower and the delivery shorter. It does not mean unreviewed code. Cylas Tee reads, tests and signs off every piece before it touches your systems, the same as any other build.
Do I Need An Automation Or A Custom App?
Nearly always an automation. If the tools you use already do the job and the problem is the retyping, chasing and remembering in between, connecting them is faster and far cheaper than building something new. You only need a custom app when the thing you want does not exist yet or needs its own logins, data and screens. If that is you, see web app development. Either way, you get a straight answer on the audit call.
How Long Does It Take, And What Are The Ongoing Costs?
A single workflow is usually live in 1–2 weeks. An AI chatbot takes 2–4 weeks, including training and testing. After that, you pay the software and AI usage fees directly to the providers, which we estimate up front so there are no surprises. Keeping us on afterwards is optional. Everything keeps running whether you do or not, because it is all built in accounts you own.

Workflow Automation

Service Page
What Is Zapier, And When Is It Enough?
Zapier is a tool that connects one app to another without code. When something happens in app A, it does something in app B: a new form entry adds a row to Google Sheets, a new booking sends a Slack message. It has ready-made connections to thousands of tools and takes minutes to set up. It is enough when your workflows are short, fire a few hundred times a month and do not need custom logic. For many small businesses that covers everything.
What Is n8n, And Why Would I Run It On My Own Backend?
n8n is an open-source automation platform that does the same job as Zapier and Make, but you can host it yourself. We set it up on a small Render server, or a similar provider, inside an account you own. The advantages are a flat server fee instead of a per-task bill, no limits on how often a workflow runs, and the ability to drop custom code into any step. It is worth it when workflows fire often, get long or need logic a drag-and-drop tool cannot express.
What Is A Webhook?
A webhook is how one tool tells another that something just happened. Your form sends a small message, “new entry, here are the details”, to a web address the workflow is listening on, and the workflow takes it from there. It is the way we connect tools that have no ready-made Zapier connector, and it is usually instant.
Which Apps Can You Connect?
Most modern software with an API. The usual suspects are web forms, Google Sheets and Workspace, email platforms, Slack, Telegram, Stripe, calendars, Airtable, Notion, and CRMs such as Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel. If something is unusual, the process audit confirms it can be connected before you commit. For CRM-specific work, see CRM & sales pipeline integration.
What Happens When Something Breaks?
Tools change their settings, form fields get renamed, API keys expire. Every workflow we build includes error handling, so the moment a step fails you get an alert by email, Slack or Telegram instead of finding out weeks later. If we are looking after it for you, we fix it. If not, the diagram and the walkthrough show you where to look, and you can always ask us for a quote.
How Long Does A Workflow Take To Build?
A single workflow in Zapier or Make is typically live in 1–2 weeks. Setting up a self-hosted n8n backend with your first custom workflow typically takes 2–3 weeks, including securing the server and testing. The slowest part is usually agreeing what the workflow should do, which is why we start with a diagram.
What Will I Pay Each Month After The Build?
Only the software. Zapier and Make charge by the task, which we estimate for you up front. A self-hosted n8n instance costs a flat small server fee each month, paid directly to the hosting provider. Keeping us on afterwards is optional. Everything keeps running whether you do or not, because it all lives in your accounts.

AI Chatbot & Assistants

Service Page
What Does RAG Actually Mean?
RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation, which is a long way of saying the bot reads your documents before answering. When a question comes in, the assistant first retrieves the most relevant passages from your own content, then writes its reply using only those passages, with the source attached. Without RAG, a chatbot answers from whatever the general model happens to know, which is nothing about your business.
What Is A Vector Database, And Why Do I Need One?
It is a searchable library of your content that finds passages by meaning rather than by exact word. Ask “can I pay monthly?” and it finds your paragraph about instalments even though the word “monthly” never appears. We use Supabase pgvector, Pinecone or Qdrant depending on your setup, in an account you own. It is what makes the assistant fast, accurate and easy to update: change the document and the answers change with it.
What Can The Assistant Be Trained On?
Anything you approve: website pages, FAQs, PDFs, brochures, course outlines, policy documents, the standard replies you send by email. We also help you write down the answers that only exist in your head. Nothing goes in without your sign-off, and nothing is shared with other clients.
Will It Give My Customers Wrong Answers?
Any AI can, which is why the build is mostly about preventing it. The assistant answers only from your approved content, shows its sources, is told which topics to never answer alone, and hands over to a person when it is unsure. After launch we read the real conversations with you and tighten anything that slipped. Human handover is part of every build, not an extra.
Which Channels Can It Run On?
A chat widget on your website is the usual starting point. It can also answer on WhatsApp and Telegram through their business APIs, and we can build an internal version for your team. The same content and the same rules apply on every channel, so you train it once.
Claude Or OpenAI? Which Model Do You Use?
Either, through an API account in your name. We recommend one based on how your content reads and how carefully the assistant needs to behave, and we will tell you why. Because the content lives in your own vector database, switching providers later is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
Is My Data Private?
Your content and your conversations stay in accounts you own: your model API key, your vector database, your messaging accounts. We do not train anything on your data for other clients, and you can revoke our access or switch the assistant off at any time without anything else breaking.
How Long Does It Take, And What Does It Cost To Run?
A website assistant typically goes live in 2–4 weeks, including gathering the content and testing. Adding WhatsApp or Telegram typically adds a week, mostly waiting on the business API approvals. After launch you pay the model usage, the vector database and any messaging fees directly to the providers. We estimate those up front, and for most small businesses they are modest.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Integration

Which CRMs Do You Work With?
Close, HubSpot and Pipedrive most often, plus GoHighLevel if you are already on it. Close suits teams that sell on the phone. HubSpot suits businesses with content, email marketing and a longer sales cycle. Pipedrive is the simplest visual pipeline for a small team. If you use something else with an API, the mapping call confirms it can be connected before you commit.
I Do Not Have A CRM Yet. Can You Help Me Choose?
Yes, and we will not pick the one that pays a commission. On the mapping call we look at how you sell, how many leads you handle and who on your team needs to see them, then recommend one and tell you why. Most small businesses are well served by the entry plan of whichever we suggest.
Which Lead Sources Can You Connect?
Website forms on WordPress, Elementor and most form builders, Meta and Google lead forms, booking pages such as Calendly, landing pages from your funnels, Stripe payments, email enquiries and the AI assistant on your site if you have one. Anything with a webhook or an API, which today is almost everything.
What Happens To Duplicate Leads?
We match on email and phone number, so the person who fills in two forms and then books a call is one record with the full history, not three. Existing data can be cleaned and deduplicated as part of the Full Sales Stack Integration before the new sources are switched on.
Do You Write The Follow-Up Emails?
We structure the sequence and write the first draft with you, in your voice, because you know your customers better than anyone. You approve every message before it goes live, and every sequence stops the moment the lead replies, so nobody gets a “just checking in” after they already answered.
How Do The Hot-Lead Alerts Work?
We agree simple rules for what counts as hot: a budget above a line, a particular service, a booked call, a reply to the sequence. When a lead hits one, you or the assigned person gets a Telegram or Slack message with the name, the source and a link straight to the record. Everything else stays in the pipeline and waits its turn.
