Web App Development
Launch Your SaaS, Portal Or Dashboard
A web app is the right call when your users work in a browser and the job is more than a website can do: logins, data, payments, reports. We scope a first version you can launch in 8–12 weeks, quote it as a fixed price and build it in two-week sprints, with a demo at the end of each one. If a website plus an automation would do the job, we will tell you that instead.

The Unfair Advantage
Launch Before Your Competitors Finish Planning
Did you know? Most successful software products started as a small, slightly embarrassing first version and grew from what real users asked for.
The founders who win are rarely the ones with the longest feature list. They are the ones who get something real in front of paying users first, then listen. A web app is the fastest route there: no app store review, nothing to install, one link that works on every device your users already own.
And yet, most people with a good idea sit on it, because they think “software” means a year and a team of ten. It doesn’t. We scope a small first version, quote it as a fixed price and show you working features every two weeks. If you are one of them, we can help you get it out of the notebook.
Advantage #1
Get A Product Real People Can Pay For, In Weeks
An idea in a notebook makes you no money. A pitch deck does not either. A web app with a login, one core feature and a Stripe checkout does, and it tells you something no amount of planning can: whether people will actually pay.
Can you validate an idea without building anything? Yes, but a landing page and a waiting list only tell you people are curious. A working first version tells you what they use, what they ignore and what they would pay more for.
We build that first version small on purpose, so your runway goes into learning from real users rather than guessing on their behalf.
Advantage #2
Give Your Clients Self-Service And Get Your Evenings Back
If you run a service business, you know the pattern. The same documents sent by email, the same “where are we at?” replies, the same booking back and forth. It is not hard work, it is just endless, and it always lands at 9pm.
What if I tell you a client portal can take all of it off your plate? Your clients log in, see their progress, download what they need and book the next step. You get one dashboard that shows you everything at once instead of fifty email threads.
Clients feel looked after around the clock, and you feel like you got your business back. It is a win-win scenario for everyone.
Advantage #3
Replace Three Subscriptions With One Tool Built For You
Most growing businesses pay for a CRM, a project tool, a form builder and a reporting add-on, and still do half the job in a spreadsheet because none of them quite fit. Add it up and it is often hundreds of dollars a month, forever, for a process that still breaks.
One web app built around how you actually work replaces that stack with a single place your team understands. No per-seat fees, no features you will never use, no vendor deciding to “sunset” the one thing you relied on.
And because the code and the hosting sit in your own accounts, the monthly bill is the hosting, not a subscription to us.
Who It's For
Who Needs A Web App
If your product or your admin lives in a browser, this is the page for you. Here is who usually gets in touch.
Founders With A SaaS Idea
You know the problem and who pays to solve it. You need a version real users can sign up for, pay for and give feedback on, without a year of runway spent first.
Service Businesses With Too Much Email
Documents, bookings, invoices and progress updates all go through your inbox. A client portal gives your clients self-service and gives you your evenings back.
Teams Running On Spreadsheets
Reporting, rostering or stock tracking that lives in a shared spreadsheet, until someone breaks a formula. An internal tool or live dashboard makes it dependable.
Businesses Replacing Off-The-Shelf Software
You pay for three tools and still do half the work by hand. One app built around how you actually work can replace them.
What's Included
Everything You Need To Go Live
These six pieces are part of every web app build. Which features go in the first version is decided together at discovery.
User Accounts & Roles
Sign-up, login, password reset and separate permissions for admins, staff and customers.
An Interface That Works Everywhere
Clean, accessible screens that work on desktop, tablet and mobile browsers, designed and approved as prototypes first.
Backend & Database
A secure API and database designed around your data, with automated backups so a bad day does not become a bad month.
Payments & Subscriptions
Stripe billing for one-off payments or recurring subscriptions, in the currencies your customers pay in.
Integrations
Connections to the tools you already use, such as your CRM, email platform, accounting software or analytics.
Testing & Deployment
Automated tests, a staging site to try things safely and production hosting set up in your own account.
Our Sprint Process
How We Build It, Sprint By Sprint
Cylas Tee is a Certified ScrumMaster and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. That is not a line on a badge, it is how every project here is run. Four stages, two-week sprints, and working software you can click from the first fortnight.
- 01
Discovery & Scope
The hardest part of any software project is agreeing what not to build. We start with a call in your time zone to understand who your users are, what they need to do on day one and what can honestly wait for version two. We will ask a lot of questions about your business, your customers and the tools you already pay for, because sometimes the right answer is a website and an automation rather than an app, and we would rather tell you that now. At the end of discovery you get a prioritised feature list, a fixed-scope first version and a fixed quote, and we will both know whether we are a good fit for each other.
- 02
Design & Prototype
Before a single line of code is written, you will click through your app. We turn the agreed scope into wireframes, then into a clickable prototype, so you can walk through every screen the way your users will and tell us what feels wrong. We will accommodate your tweaks until the flow makes sense to you, not just to us. Alongside the screens you get a short technical plan in plain English: the tools, the hosting and roughly what they will cost you per month. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour. Changing it after it is built costs a sprint.
- 03
Build In Sprints
This is where the Scrum training earns its keep. Work runs in two-week sprints with a recorded demo at the end of each one, so you are trying real features from the first fortnight instead of reading status reports. You watch the demo when it suits you, send feedback in writing, and we reorder the backlog together before the next sprint starts. Your job at this stage is mostly to react honestly to what you see. Ours is to keep the code clean enough that the next developer, including a future you, can pick it up without a handover from us.
- 04
Launch & Support
Once the first version is ready, we test it on real devices, run the security checks and take it live on hosting set up under your own accounts, or through Apple and Google review for a mobile app. You get documentation, a recorded walkthrough and a repository in your name, so there is nothing to ask us for later. Then you decide what happens next: take the code to your own team, or keep us on and we keep it secure, updated and growing, quoted monthly to fit what you need. Honestly, launch day is the simplest step of the whole process. The weeks of real users after it are where the good ideas come from.
Web App Development Pricing
If you’re looking for a “cheap” or a quick one-and-done app.
We’re probably not the best fit.
And to be honest, no software worth using was ever built cheap and fast. It takes time, a clear scope and a strong relationship between client and developer to build something your users will actually keep using. If you want the cheapest possible thing, there are marketplaces for that. If you want it to still work next year, keep reading.
The following are our estimated price ranges based on similar projects in the past. However, the true investment can only be confirmed once the details are in place, after both parties understand the scope of the project. If you already have an idea in mind, contact us directly to get a quote.
