Onboarding & Migration
Honestly, this is the simplest step for you. You send us access to your current host, your domain and your WordPress admin once, and we take it from there. We look over the site, note what it runs and how it is built, then move a copy to a cloud server on Google Cloud or AWS and test everything before we go anywhere near your domain. When it all checks out, we point the domain over, and the only thing you should notice is a faster site. Onboarding is free for websites we build. If we didn’t build your site, there may be a one-time setup fee of USD 200–500 depending on complexity, and we tell you which one applies before anything starts.

Hardening & Speed Setup
In the first week, we tidy up what most sites have been carrying around for years. Security hardening, a firewall and daily scanning go on. Caching and the CDN are configured, images are optimised and the database is cleaned of leftovers from plugins you removed long ago. Unused plugins and themes are retired, because every one of them is another thing to update and another way in. You don’t need to do anything here except enjoy the difference.

Monthly Care
From here on, it runs on a schedule. WordPress, plugin and theme updates go in monthly, and we check the site after each round so nothing breaks quietly. Backups run every day, on and off site, with daily restore points.
