The plan runs for a 12-month minimum term, billed annually, then month to month with no termination fee. Onboarding the plan is free for websites that we build. However, if we didn’t build your site, we might have a setup fee of $200 - $500 depending on the complexity of your website.

Onboarding is free for websites we build. If we didn’t build your site, there may be a setup fee of USD 200–500 depending on its complexity.
Where Is My Website Hosted?
The plan includes Google Cloud or AWS hosting, daily on- and offsite backups, 24/7 website monitoring and website protection.
What Happens If My Website Gets Hacked?
Our Hacked Website Guarantee covers cleaning the site and getting it back up and running at no additional cost while you are on the plan, unless access to the website wasn’t kept secure on your side.

Should your site get compromised while you are on the plan, We will take care of cleaning the site and getting everything back up and running at no cost! The only exception would be if you failed to keep your access to the website secure.
