Mobile App Development
An App Your Customers Keep On Their Home Screen
A mobile app earns its place when your customers come back often and need things a browser cannot do well: push notifications, camera, location, offline access. We build iOS and Android from one codebase, so you launch on both stores sooner and for less. Fixed quote, a demo every two weeks, and the app published under your own developer accounts. If a mobile-friendly website would do, we will tell you before you spend a dollar.

The Unfair Advantage
Be On The One Screen They Look At Every Day
Did you know? Your customers look at their phone more often than any other screen they own, and a bookmark is not the same as an icon.
An app on the home screen is the closest thing to a storefront in your customer’s pocket. It is there every time they unlock their phone, it can tap them on the shoulder when something matters, and it works in the lift, on the train and offline. A website cannot do that, no matter how good it is.
And yet, most brands who would benefit never build one, because they think it means two apps, two teams and two budgets. It does not. We build iOS and Android from one codebase, quote it as a fixed price and show you a working app every two weeks. If you are one of them, we can help you earn that spot on the home screen.
Advantage #1
Be On The Home Screen, Not In A Forgotten Bookmark
Every brand is fighting for attention. A website waits to be remembered and searched for. An icon on the home screen gets seen a dozen times a day without anyone looking for it. That is prime real estate.
Can you survive without one? Yes, if your customers only need you a few times a year. But if they book, order, learn or check in with you every week, the app wins every time, because it is one tap away and already logged in.
We design apps that follow iOS and Android conventions, so they feel native from the first launch and earn their place on the screen instead of being deleted at the next phone clean-up.
Advantage #2
Reach Your Customers The Moment It Matters
Email open rates are what they are, and a social post reaches whoever the algorithm feels like showing it to. A push notification lands on the lock screen of someone who chose to install you.
What if I tell you a single well-timed notification can bring back a customer who was about to forget you? A booking reminder, a “your order is ready”, a new lesson in your course. Small, useful, and impossible from a website.
We set notifications up with analytics, so you can see what brings people back and what gets ignored, and we will tell you honestly when you are about to become the app people mute.
Advantage #3
Launch On Both Stores For The Price Of One
Most brands are still being quoted for two apps: one iOS team, one Android team, two codebases and twice the cost of every change, forever. That is the main reason apps get shelved before they start.
One shared React Native codebase gives you both stores from a single build, with native modules where speed matters. Fewer bugs, one backlog, and a budget that makes sense for a small business rather than a venture-funded startup.
And because the app is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, it is yours on day one, not ours.
Who It's For
When A Mobile App Makes Sense
Not every business needs an app. A mobile-friendly website covers most. These are the cases where an app is worth it.
Customers Who Come Back Often
Bookings, loyalty, ordering, memberships. If people use you every week, an icon on their phone beats a bookmark they forget.
Products That Need The Phone Itself
Push notifications, camera, GPS or working offline. A website cannot do these well. An app can.
A Mobile Version Of Your Web App
You already have a SaaS product or portal and your users keep asking for it on their phone. The app shares your existing backend.
Personal Brands With A Community
Coaches and creators with a course, a membership or a group who want their content and conversations in one place, in their audience’s pocket.

Our Sprint Process
How We Build It, Sprint By Sprint
Cylas Tee is a Certified ScrumMaster and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. That is not a line on a badge, it is how every project here is run. Four stages, two-week sprints, and working software you can click from the first fortnight.
- 01
Discovery & Scope
The hardest part of any software project is agreeing what not to build. We start with a call in your time zone to understand who your users are, what they need to do on day one and what can honestly wait for version two. We will ask a lot of questions about your business, your customers and the tools you already pay for, because sometimes the right answer is a website and an automation rather than an app, and we would rather tell you that now. At the end of discovery you get a prioritised feature list, a fixed-scope first version and a fixed quote, and we will both know whether we are a good fit for each other.
- 02
Design & Prototype
Before a single line of code is written, you will click through your app. We turn the agreed scope into wireframes, then into a clickable prototype, so you can walk through every screen the way your users will and tell us what feels wrong. We will accommodate your tweaks until the flow makes sense to you, not just to us. Alongside the screens you get a short technical plan in plain English: the tools, the hosting and roughly what they will cost you per month. Changing a screen at this stage costs an hour. Changing it after it is built costs a sprint.
- 03
Build In Sprints
This is where the Scrum training earns its keep. Work runs in two-week sprints with a recorded demo at the end of each one, so you are trying real features from the first fortnight instead of reading status reports. You watch the demo when it suits you, send feedback in writing, and we reorder the backlog together before the next sprint starts. Your job at this stage is mostly to react honestly to what you see. Ours is to keep the code clean enough that the next developer, including a future you, can pick it up without a handover from us.
- 04
Launch & Support
Once the first version is ready, we test it on real devices, run the security checks and take it live on hosting set up under your own accounts, or through Apple and Google review for a mobile app. You get documentation, a recorded walkthrough and a repository in your name, so there is nothing to ask us for later. Then you decide what happens next: take the code to your own team, or keep us on and we keep it secure, updated and growing, quoted monthly to fit what you need. Honestly, launch day is the simplest step of the whole process. The weeks of real users after it are where the good ideas come from.
Mobile App Development Pricing
If you’re looking for a “cheap” or a quick one-and-done app.
We’re probably not the best fit.
And to be honest, no software worth using was ever built cheap and fast. It takes time, a clear scope and a strong relationship between client and developer to build something your users will actually keep using. If you want the cheapest possible thing, there are marketplaces for that. If you want it to still work next year, keep reading.
The following are our estimated price ranges based on similar projects in the past. However, the true investment can only be confirmed once the details are in place, after both parties understand the scope of the project. If you already have an idea in mind, contact us directly to get a quote.
Our mobile app pricing has one starting point, covering iOS and Android:
