Well, if you are looking to hiring someone, that might work, but you still have to filter through thousands of profiles and reach out to them.

In this article, let me show you a hack that have changed my approach completely.

The secret is to use personalized email outreach.

This concept is not new, but is always overlooked by people when they use LinkedIn to generate leads. With InMail, they have the illusion that they are reaching out to the inbox of the individuals they are targeting.

But once again, how often are people checking their LinkedIn inbox?

Probably not as often as checking their email.

Now that you know we need to send them emails, how do we get the emails of these individuals instead? Let me introduce a tool that I have been using to do that.

You can filter your search results by industry, location, job title, and more.

By using these filters, you can narrow down your search and find the most relevant leads for your business. If you are running out of LinkedIn profile to scrape, I believe you will find value in this.
