Discovery
Send us a message, then we jump on a short kickoff call in your time zone. We learn your story, your audience, what you sell and which pages you actually need, and we collect the content and the logins you already have. We will confirm whether anything needs a one-time setup fee, such as content migration, before you commit to anything. At the end of discovery we both know whether we are a good fit for each other.

Design
We find out what you like in terms of visual styles and branding, then provide home page mockups for you to choose from. We accommodate your design tweaks and style as much as we can, until you are 100% satisfied, exactly like our one-off websites. Of course, if you dislike what you see, the “Ugly Design No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” applies here too. We’d rather work for free than see an unhappy client.

Development
At this stage your job is done and ours has just begun. We build the rest of the site, AI powered or on WordPress depending on your use, based on the agreed design, for the phone screen first, fast and SEO-ready, and set up the hosting, SSL, backups and analytics as we go. Honestly, this is the simplest step of the whole process.

Deliver
Once the site is ready, you review it and request the final detailed changes, then we launch on your domain and record a walkthrough so you know what you are looking at. Once live, it may take 24–48 hours for the new site to show up on some devices. From that month on, updates, backups, monitoring and your monthly edits are handled for you. You send the change, we make it.

Content migration or custom features may carry a one-time setup fee, which we confirm before you commit to anything.
