Client Profile

Who They Are

Ziro looks after the phones for companies that would rather not think about them. Managed services for Microsoft Voice, Teams Direct Routing, Cisco Unified Communications, contact centres and UCaaS, plus provisioning software for Microsoft and Cisco. If you knew Stack8 or SMACS, that is them now, and they hold Microsoft Solutions Partner status for Modern Work.

This particular page has one audience: the IT team inside a hospital or clinic. It walks through what Teams Calling with Ziro does for EHR integration, telehealth, onboarding, on-call scheduling, patient data security and AI-assisted services.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

The job was to get a busy healthcare IT lead to admit their phone system is slowing them down, then show that Teams Calling with Ziro is the fix. Honestly, that is a lot to ask of one page, so the order matters. An announcement bar sits on top, then a dark photo hero with a two-line headline and a Schedule A Call button. A cyan statement follows, covering EHRs, telemedicine and AI, with an illustrated cluster of devices and clinicians. Three outlined cards pick up EHR integration, telehealth reach and faster first contact. Two rows pair product screenshots with copy on provisioning and on-call scheduling. A security band carries three icons, HIPAA compliance among them, and a six-card grid lays out the AI use cases. One last headline with a Request Demo button finishes it, above the black footer and the partner badge.
