Client Profile

Who They Are

Powow Finance is the consumer side of Powow. It gives homeowners a way to add a solar battery through a hire purchase plan: nothing down, fixed repayments, and servicing included for the length of the term. The business is an authorised credit representative under an Australian credit licence and operates from Alexandria, New South Wales.

The plan is one of two Powow options for homeowners, the other being its power purchase agreement, and customers can choose to join the Powow Virtual Power Plant.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

Finance is where most people stop reading. The job here was to keep them going: make the hire purchase plan easy to follow, show how it stacks up against the alternatives, answer why a battery belongs next to the panels, and leave only one thing to click.

The headline promises that solar finance is made easy, with a family photo and an Apply Now button alongside. Repayment, interest, sign-up and support points are listed on a dark band, and three benefits of the plan are set around a product image. A table puts the PPA, the hire purchase plan and buy-now-pay-later options next to each other, a plain explanation covers using the day's solar at night, and a blue section on VPP compatibility leads into a final headline and a footer with contact details. Apply Now appears again after every section.
