Client Profile
Serenity is a medical concierge in Portugal, run by Serenity Care Lda out of Lisbon. It exists for people who are moving to the country, or have just arrived, and are worried about moving their medical affairs with them.
Members get guided through the Portuguese healthcare system on one of four plans, from a free Orientation Plan up to a full package, covering things like medicine transition, scheduling, case management and follow-up.
The Brief
Expats have never heard of a medical concierge, so the site had to explain the idea before it could sell a plan. The hero shows the team in a curved photo frame with a Find Out More button. A short get-care-today prompt links to all services. An About Us card answers the moving-to-Portugal question and carries a Join Serenity button. Then the four membership plans sit side by side with prices, tick and cross feature lists and Get Started buttons. Video testimonials follow, and a soft blue closing band with a joining prompt leads into the footer with address, email and phone.
