Client Profile

Who They Are

Compassionate Care Network delivers private in-home care across South and West Melbourne. The work splits into two streams, disability support and aged care, and both share the same goal: helping people stay confident and independent at home while remaining part of their community.

The list of services is long. Personal care, nursing, medication administration, meal preparation, transport to appointments and social outings all sit under one roof. The organisation also recruits support workers and acknowledges First Nations Peoples on its site.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

When a family lands on a care website, they usually have one question: is this for my situation or not? So the two streams had to be visible within the first second. The hero is illustrated and warm, with one button for disability support and one for aged care. Below it, two colour-blocked panels give each stream its own space and its own learn-more button.

Then we show the breadth. Twelve services, each with an icon, so a visitor can scan and find what they need without reading paragraphs. A single contact line follows, then a careers banner for support workers, because recruiting is as important to this client as enquiries. The footer carries the contact details, a Google review badge and the First Nations acknowledgement.
