Who They Are

Natalie Tan handles financial consulting and estate planning, representing AIA Financial Advisers Pte Ltd under the LSY Group as an authorised representative. She was still studying accountancy at SMU when she started consulting, and went full time after graduating in 2020.

Outside client work she runs Next Door Nat, a community where she shares personal finance tips. Her accreditations: Prestige Titanium, Million Dollar Round Table, International Dragon Award, Certified Estate Planner, Associate Estate Planning Practitioner and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

Warm and approachable was the whole brief, and it changed one big decision. There is no long contact form on this page. Instead it ends with WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram buttons for a 20-minute consultation, because that is how her audience already messages her.

Before that, the page opens with a headline on protecting and optimising a financial portfolio over a photo of her speaking to an audience, then a studio portrait beside her biography and her accreditations. A terracotta banner leads into six service cards, client testimonials and a team photo, and then the messaging buttons.
