Client Profile

Who They Are

The Ming Clinic is a family practice on Orchard Boulevard in Singapore. Dr Roger Pang, Dr Tan Hooi Hwa and Dr Wong Yik Mun founded it, and it has been seeing patients since 1982. The list of services is long: diving medicals and OGUK certifications, family medicine, geriatrics, endoscopy, mobile medical services, health screening and palliative care.

HC Surgical Specialists has since joined the picture, and Dr Lai Junxu, Dr Hannah Tan and Dr Edwin Lee now practise alongside the founders. Doors open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

Families, seniors and divers all land on the same home page, and each needs to feel they are in the right place. We started with a large heading and a short summary over a group photo of the team. A strip of directory and partner logos sits under that. The founding story comes with opening hours and an About Us button, then a green walk-in banner, six icon cards for the services and portrait cards of the doctors. Address, phone, hours and a map round it off. Contact Us buttons sit in the top bar, the hero and the banners, so nobody has to hunt for one.

    A green gradient card promoting free walk-in appointments, with a Contact Us button.

    Six Service Cards

    Icon cards running from diving medicals to health screening.

    Doctors And Map

    Portrait cards for each doctor, followed by the address, phone number, hours and a map, over a green footer.
